What we collect
Godsend is a static website. We do not require accounts, we have no comment system, and we set no tracking cookies of our own. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, which we use only to reply and to fix what you reported.
Analytics
If we add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting, cookie-free aggregate measurement (page views and referrers, not personal profiles), and this page will be updated to name the provider before it goes live.
Outbound links
Links to retailers (Temu, Takealot, AliExpress and others) take you to their sites, where their privacy policies apply. Some links are affiliate links, meaning the retailer may credit the visit to Godsend for commission purposes; see the affiliate disclosure. We do not pass them your personal information; we do not have it in the first place.
Your rights (POPIA)
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. For almost everyone the answer is "nothing beyond any email you sent us", and deleting that is one request away: hello@godsend.co.za.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a new date.
